More configuration possibilities for components (prompts, assistants, etc.)

I noticed that there are a few areas where additional input fields could enhance the user experience. Moreover, I've observed that certain fields are only available when editing, but not during the initial creation phase.

This proposal aims to introduce new input fields that would allow users to add descriptive text and/or notes to items, and maybe more.

Suggestions of other useful fields and other improvements of this proposal are very welcome!

Details

New fields that would be useful

Prompts

• Description and/or Notes for prompts (could be shown as tooltip in the sidebar, and as a small text in the selection box)

Assistants

• Description for assistants (could be shown as tooltip in the sidebar, and in the Quick Settings selection box)
• Conversation starters
• Checkbox Enable Web Search (if the proposed Web Search feature will be implemented)

Available when editing but not when creating

These fields are not very important. A (temporary) solution could also be to add an info text that says that these fields can be edited later.

• Assigned Workspaces when creating prompts, files, and collections
• Description when creating files and collections
