Site x Environment Matrix

Hey Dan,

As you can see in my code, I have been trying to make the site by environment matrix to run the analysis on, but for some reason it keeps telling me that the final matrix is a [0x0] matrix. I keep trying to figure out what the issue is but I'm really not sure anymore.
