We were provided with seven workflows.

The following ran successfully:

• https://github.com/mbbu/16S_Accreditation (Dada2 still under testing)

The following did not run successfully:

• https://github.com/h3abionet/h3abionet16S

The following pipelines did not have any 16S analysis:

• https://github.com/nanoporetech/pipeline-transcriptome-de/tree/paired_dge_dtu
• https://github.com/biocorecrg/master_of_pores

The following was an SOP without any pipeline to run:
