Scanning older Pictures that are added later

Due to collecting / sorting and reorganizing photos I have added older pictures (for example creation date 2013) and folders to my Nextcloud, moved in the file system. They appear in the Database and I can browse and see them but when I start the face recognition background job it finishes instantly and does not add new faces.
When I select a photo in the Nextcloud file browser with a perfectly visible face and open the sidebar and the "persons" tab it says that I have to be patient, this picture has not been analyzed yet.

How can I get face recognition to scan this older pictures (apart from touching all pictures and destroy the original dates or resetting the face app)?

It seems occ face:reset --image-errors has fixed it and now the older images are scanned, too.
