add floating mode and free drag to singleTabMode, and regroup lock, becoming optional

This way it is possible to use it as a configuration window in CRM

or at least a simple way to place a zindex on the floating panel and another on the background of the group so the background could be moved to trans in certain situations

I created a path that included hidden, fullwidth, default in singleTabMode, this solved the problem of creating an individual floating window and it was not static, just hiding the tab, it would be good if in the next updates there was this native option
