Is it possible to standardize the publications?
Current issues are:

• Scheme is different before 2016 -- needs two separate functions
• There are inconsistencies in how the records are structured both before and after 2016
• Needs manual corrections of names and ids where these are not correct in the API

There are also different types of publications. The debates are different from recommendations from the committee, MP proposals, and so on:

It wil require a lot of work to standardize all combinations here. And there are a lot of inconsistencies in the data.
