Feature Request - Add option for tailscale-controller to poll tailscale for changes and reconcile in cloudflare

Currently, this is just a script. Would be great if it could be extended in "server mode" which polls tailscale at some user defined interval for new devices and reconciles the cloudflare dns entries.

The usecase is that this service runs and just takes care of syncing new, deleted or updates device magic dns into cloudflare with minimal human intervention.

Currently polling is the easiest, but with tailscale webhooks a push based approach is also possible, but more network configuration.
