Removed MapQuery dependency

Initialize point highlight layer directly, without involving MapQuery. This fixes conflicts with Digitizer and issues with the layer's z index. See PR#14.

Improved sidepane behaviour

When auto-(de)activating in sidepane, also remove/rerender click point feature (for upcoming Mapbender release; no change on current Mapbender versions)

Add configurable zoom level

Zoom level when centering on a coordinate is now configurable via the backend form. See PR#13.
Fixed: Second Button click will now successfully deactivate Coords Utility and close the popup
