Error message when launching Version 0.0.90 #282

Hello,

on my computer with Windows 7, when launching the version 0.0.90 appears a windows with the following error:

Unable to find the entry point 'GetPackageFamilyName' in DLL 'KERNEL32.dll'.

My system is in italian, so the actual error message is in italian and I translated it.

No issues in previous versions. The last that works perfectly is 0.0.89.

Might have something to do with the Electron version. I'll be releasing v0.0.91 soon, might get fixed just by bumping the Electron dependency.
