A chrome extension to know whether a website is ad supported or paywalled.
It needs help building the database of websites. There are 4 lists in background.js
These two lists are used in google search:

adlist - this is a list of ad supported websites, like facebook

paylist - this is a list of paywalled websites like Mercury News
