3D Flip Cards for Fruit Disease Information with MouseEnter/Leave

Description

This PR enhances the existing fruit cards with 3D flip animations, triggered on hover using MouseEnter and MouseLeave. The flip reveals disease information for each fruit/vegetable, providing more interactive insights for farmers. State is managed using React's useState for individual card control.
