[Feature Request]: Enhancement Request for Disease Section Cards (Click)

Feature Description

I would like to propose an enhancement for the cards displayed in the Disease section of the platform. The improvement involves adding a hover effect to the cards such that when hovered over, the card will rotate 180 degrees, revealing a list of common diseases associated with the specific agricultural crop.

Use Case

1. Implement a 180-degree rotation effect on card hover.
2. On the reverse side of the card, display a list of common diseases related to the particular crop.
   This enhancement will provide a more interactive and informative user experience, making it easier for users to access key information.

Benefits

1. Improved user experience through interactive design.
2. Easier access to vital crop-related disease information.
