Description

The rule 'contain a resource (.rsrc) section': 'executable/pe/section/rsrc' is present in all json files in ./tests/data/rd. As the rule was deleted in PR mandiant/capa-rules#761 . We might need to change or remove these test files

Steps to Reproduce

capa '.\tests\data\rd\al-khaser_x86.exe_.json'
capa '.\tests\data\rd\3f3bbcf8fd90bdcdcdc5494314ed4225.exe_.json'
