Review rules for span-of-calls scope adjustments

In support of the new scope, review and update the rules:

• thread -> sequence (use "span of calls" scope #973)
• call -> span-of-calls, i.e.:
  • Change dynamic scope to call for atomic operations #952
  • Improve existing persistence rules #953
  • Add 38 new registry-based persistence techniques #954
  • Add 10 file system-based persistence techniques #955
  • Add 4 miscellaneous persistence techniques #956
  • dynamic: vmray: "persist via Run registry key" doesn't match because "call" scope is too small #977

Hi @mr-tz, I'd like to work on this Issue. I see some rules still use the old call scope and need updating to span-of-calls. Could you please assign me to this issue?

Also, please let me know if there are any specific guidelines or exceptions that I should follow.
