Hi, thanks for your great work! I just found that all images in your dataset are RGB channels. But sometimes we also need multi-channel images in the medical area. So, is there any multi-channel whole-slide image dataset?

It depends on what you're looking for. HTAN includes several multichannel datasets. https://humantumoratlas.org/
