Feature Request: Allow modifying of measurements after creation

Would make using measurements easier if we could select one of the ends of the measurements and drag it to a new location instead of having to delete the old and create a new one each time.

Noted! Currently my thinking is to not allow editing of object locations and paths, to keep the code complexity manageable.
