[094] with large deployments UI shows incorrect failed/timeout warning when deleting deployment

when having a large deployment running (f.e. with 22 gateways and services) when deleting this deployment after 3-5 seconds the UI throws an error toaster with failed/time-out, but when refreshing the deployment page the status correctly changed to "undeploying". It seems this time-out cannot be configured, and also the message is not correct as the undeployment action correctly is initialised.
