It should be possible to select and delete a cluster from a running deployment from the UI.
Currently our OSS UI has a CRUD approach, so it needs a blueprint to delete this content against a running deployment. When only using deployments without creating blueprints (often done when only using the UI) users should have a way to remove clusters and/or services from a running deployment directly.
