File update from Vs 2.6.8 to 2.6.9 give php error

Dears,

At update from (production) version 2.6.8 to the newer version 2.6.9 will give an PHP error ( see screendump ).
I can not find out what the problem will give.

Sounds like a migration, if you havent figured it out already if you edit the database find table options and the row dxped_url and delete it, should allow it to continue

I've also updated the code in the dev branch to check if it already exists not sure how it slipped through without this
