Recent version of Chrome and Edge have released feature to make the browser performant by puting the inactive tab to sleep. When you "Start Sync" and minimise the tab, bowser will (huristically determined) make the tab (i.e. Jamku Portal App) inactive. The solution to this problem: Edge Browser
Chrome Browser

Another way to Spped up Sync is to de-select the data which you know has not changed since the last Sync. Example:

Recent version of Chrome and Edge have released feature to make the browser performant by puting the inactive tab to sleep.
In chrome it is called as "Memory Saver"
In Edge it is called as "Efficiency mode"
When you "Start Sync" and minimise the tab, bowser will (huristically determined) make the tab (i.e. Jamku Portal App) inactive.
This allocates very low resources to the App. In fact, after some time, the Sync process is paused, untill you visit the tab again.
This browser behaviour is good to make your PC fast, but makes the Sync Process much slower.
The solution to this problem:
Add
portal.jamku.app
to exception list.Edge Browser
edge://settings/system
