First and foremost, a huge thank you to @madmartin for creating and sharing this amazing project! It has been a reliable and inspiring solution that I've used and appreciated over the years.
To keep up with evolving hardware, I’ve developed a successor version of this project tailored for the ESP32. This new version leverages the latest Arduino v3 framework and features a faster, more reliable web interface, taking full advantage of the ESP32’s increased performance and capabilities.
While the ESP8266 remains a great piece of hardware, I believe the ESP32 is an excellent choice for those looking to modernize their projects or start new ones. My goal with this updated version is to build upon and continue the excellent work that went into the original project, ensuring its ideas and functionality remain accessible and relevant on modern hardware.
