This release introduces the plugin, complete with the layout 35th hyperfabric, five kinds of pirates, one very asteroid-rich system, two short missions, and (doubtlessly) a lot of bugs.

It is not production-ready: please report any issues on Discord or the issue page here.
I hope to release all of Act I in v1.0.0 soon™.
