Updates - publications + newsletters

Both pages need updating please !
Newletters: missing the last 2 .
publications: many are still listed as arxiv/preprint, while published.
Data also needs a little bit of attention!

Ive addressed Newsletters and Publications in the recent PR. We need a way to automatically check and update the papers and our website / a regular reminder like this to fix it

I am bit unsure on how to update the Data page, maybe @jbusecke can make some action items here

What would you like to happen automatically exactly?

• Regular reminder issues raised (easy)
• Somehow feeding datasets into this from another source (hard)
  • We will soon release the LEAP data catalog and maybe there is a way to just embed that page with a preselected #m2lines tag?
