Apologies if this is not the right place, but I have an app using ruby-odbc and upon updating from unixODBC 2.3.11 to 2.3.12 I am suddenly unable to fetch from Snowflake. The exact error is Simba::ODBC::Statement::SQLFetchScroll: [Snowflake][ODBC] (10480) Fetch type not supported, as fetch orientation is not compatible with current settings. I am not sure why this is breaking - if you have any ideas or need more info please let me know!

Try comparing the difference in ODBC trace between the two scenarios (working and non-working).
