**Fixes:
-- re-set dungeon flags after leaving the dungeon if you have the option enabled

Added the Following Options:

• Story Item Shuffle
  -- Ilia items

• Early ToT
  -- Triggers Grove 2 and lets you through SG and puts Rusl in Faron

• Early PoT
  -- When you get to the Mirror Chamber, you can enter PoT

• Barrier Break
  -- If MDH is cleared, barrier is gone upon entering Castle Town

• GM Story Flag
  -- Allows post-GM checks to be immediately available

• Shuffle Crystal
  -- allows you to not shuffle crystal without worrying about MDH skip

• Fixed Dungeons
  -- allows you to re-enter dungeons once theyve been beat with no extra requirements
