Getting Private key in case of emergency

but I have one doubt that if in case of any emergency we need to get private key of this wallet address,
than how can we get private key of this account as all admin rights to aws account and kms key ?
is there any way ? if available please share with me .

The point of KMS is that you should never have access to the private key.
