Unable to update profile photo when user cancelled this action previously #504

User case:

Access user > profile
Click in update (alterar) photo
Upload a file
Click in cancel
Click in update (alterar) photo again
Upload a new file

Expected action: Expected the user can update his photo even though he has canceled the action previously

Error: the new photo isn't loaded if user has canceled the action previously

Extra info: Chrome 67.0.3396.87 (oficial version) 64 bits, Fedora 27
