Request more information about the proponents

We don't have enough information about the proponents, making it very difficult to find them. Actually when you export the list of proposals you have the fields: Author and Author E-Mail

Author field doesn't contain a name, but an username that sometimes is useless to identify the person. It would be better to have a real name.
Author E-Mail is fine, however sometimes when you try to contact the proponent, the e-mail is sent to some Spam box (it happened more than once in Python Sudeste).

My suggestion is to add more fields that allows the organizers to be able to contact the person more easily. Some suggested fields:

• Full Name (mandatory)
• Telegram username
• Skype
• Phone Number (mandatory if the organizer wants)
