Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Create an Azure Data Studio extension for DBA Multitool.

Describe the solution you'd like
It may:

  • Link to documentation
  • Link to files to install
  • Have shortcuts to run each command in a new connection tab
  • Generate a notebook with the results of sp_doc as markdown
  • Visualize all/some of the results for sp_sizeoptimiser

Additional context
Some blockers exist:
