Add API

Hello, I am a coin collector too.
It would be nice to introduce new information fields and maybe even APIs to take data from UCOIN.

I thought about adding an API in the future. But the problem with this catalog is that it requires an HTTP and SQL server running on each user's machine, which makes it unusable for most of the users. Thats why I will probably rewrite it in something like WPF, add an API to search for coins and store info about user coins locally using JSON (or similar).
