Automatic Pay Fixation Calculator for the employees of West Bengal State Govt. Employees under ROPA 2009 and ROPA 2019 is a free and open source application for calculating your pay after fixation for different reasons. This is a simple and easy to use application for everyone, just input required data and get the results in no time.

Features :

1. This is an Offline application, so no need of an Internet connection.
2. Calculate your new basic pay after any change in pay scale or promotion etc.
3. Calculate Revised basic pay from ROPA 2009 to be fixed in ROPA 2019.
4. Fetches exact data from pay matrix ROPA 2019 and displays correct basic after any increment automatically.
5. Tested with orders generated from live server.
6. Updated on the basis of the latest Govt. rules and orders (ROPA 2019).
7. Great tool for verifying your calculations before entering in the live server.

How to Install :

For Windows OS :

1. Download the zip archive file for Windows by CLICKING HERE (Latest) and unzip it.
2. Run the Automatic_Pay_Fixation_Calculator.exe (windows executable) file to open the application, no need to install the app.

Important :

If you are a regular user, just download the .zip file, extract it and run .exe file to use the application. No need to install it. If you want to check the source code and want to build something better, please download the source code files and run the 'main.py' along with its dependencies. ** Do not delete the excel pay matrix file from assets folder in the main application directory.

How to Run the Source Code :

1. First download all the source code files (including the requirements.txt file) and install python3 if you dont have it.
2. Run the following command in your terminal to install all the required dependencies at once.

pip install requirements.txt

3. Now go to the parent folder and open terminal there. You must put the 'assets' and 'reports' folder in the parant directory.
4. Now run the following command -

python main.py
