Added image for email - who is jack holt. updates pamphlet 2 image updated all markers for Black Tents 08 location as well as many others scattered around the area.
Refactored all orange suitcase references to orange case to better mark them as a utility type case in preparation to add the travel suitcase location markers .
Added image and location for dimensional disturbance email. Updated images and location info for virginia dress, hoodie, pistol suppressor. plus many more.
Refactored dark green suitcase to green case. more preps for adding travel suitcase markers.
Added a plant resource icon and node for harvestable plants
I ran the task to update the multi language files. end of line changed from LF to CRLF.
Added climbing rope pills and solafite icons. pills icon is primarily intended for the red supply case. Added several nodes to accommodate the new locations and the change to the case locations. cleaned up some typos and ran the language task.
Added new knightv location and image Added golf cart 16 thru 31 corrected more typos
Added never-leave image for the new note location. updated and added more locations. ran i18n task to update language files

Added and updated several email locations and images. added travel-suitcase to the nodes list. Added many new locations. The Golf Ball emails appear to have more than one location each, will update those further in the next few commits.

updated several more locations and images. Added a new icon and node for plant resources and refactored suitcaseDG and suitcaseOR to GreenCase and OrangeCase. That will definitely need to be checked for mistakes.
