Assistance with placeholder text not being replaced in chat e.g. %zone

Greetings, I recently switched my server from a Windows based to Ubuntu. I tried to keep everything the same, however I did use the newest versions for AC and Playerbot when building. In chat It seems like variable strings are not being replaced correctly for bots. Anyone offer a fix? Thanks
