Support autocompletion for symbols created in the same cell

Currently, autocomplete doesn't seem to work when trying to reference symbols created in the same cell. For instance:

# Within livebook cell
hello = "world"

            # V---- At this point I would like to be able to autocomplete `hello` but I can't
IO.inspect(hel<cursor>

The problem doesn't occur when referencing a symbol defined in an earlier cell.

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior, but having autocomplete in the same cell would save quite some strokes.

Correct, it is a known limitation, we will eventually tackle it. :)
