Doctests should assert ArgumentError when init without enforce key, but it crashed

I tried to init new struct without enforced keys and expected the assert error but this test crashed

This is the case for ExUnit.DocTest.doctest/1 in general, so either expected or ExUnit bug, @josevalim?

Yes, compilation errors fail when assembling the doctests. Maybe we will change it later but we would need a mechanism to reraise the compile time exception at runtime, which may not be trivial.
