Could we pass an URL or file location to the Docker image?

Current behavior

You can run the escript livebook server <url> or <file>to load and run it.

Expected behavior

Could we make the image accept some env variables to pass an URL as with the CLI?
For a file, should we bind folders?

Example:

docker run -p 8080:8080 -p 8081:8081 --pull always \
-e LIVEBOOK_PASSWORD="securesecret"  \
-v $(pwd)/mylivebooks/super.livemd:/data/  \
-e LIVEBOOK_FILE_PATH=/data/super.livemd
-e LIVEBOOK_FILE_URL= <https://github.com/blablabla.livemd> \
livebook/livebook

I am not sure if that's useful because what happens if the docker image is already running? Would you be killing and starting it only to get access to a certain file?

However, note that you can use /import?url=PATH and /open?path=DISKPATH, so perhaps you can create some convenient aliases for you?

Currently, the port is already busy so you can't run it twice (on the same port, but I can change ports)
How and where do you use /import?url=PATH and /open?path=DISKPATH?

You would do open https://localhost:8080/open?path=file-in-disk
