Need help to enable compression for data produced by kafka-monitor #404

We are trying to enable compression for data produced by kafka-monitor. Below is the config, we are passing to kafka-monitor:

"single-cluster-monitor": {
"produce.producer.props" : {
        "compression.type" : "lz4"
    }
}

However, we didn't see any compressed data present in our topic.

KAFKA_MONITOR_VERSION is 2.5.11

With the above config it's working.
