Problem on latest Chrome/Android 9

The plugin produces the failure message on Android 9 with Chrome with http pages, and doesn't allow manual scroll - it produces a full width skinny image instead, I noticed this in the last 2 months or so. Chrome on Windows or Debian is OK (no gyro). Apparently Android now restricts gyro access to https only, which causes the failure.

IMHO the plugin should should behave the same as if there was no gyro at all. I tested paver on this page http://terrymun.github.io/paver/demo/index.html on the same phone, and it words as expected, showing the failure message and allowing manual scroll.
