I can not add self-hosted AI? This is only interface for some third party hosted AI models?

I wanted some general self hosted AI and on the top of the https://klu.ai/blog/open-source-llm-models#local red that:

Mistral Large 2, Llama 3.1, and Command R+ Currently Lead

are top ones. I wanted a GUI, since pasting some more complex content on the CLI or spending time to create file for it seems not convenient/good idea.

Noi can not be used for this purpose of adding self-hosted AI like above mentioned ones? If not, which other GUI free and open source software (FOSS) do you suggest for that purpose?
