Prebuilt executable

We also provide a prebuilt executable (OS X) if you're having problems installing LemonSync PIP (and installing from source isn't possible).

1. Download the lemonsync file (~6MB) to your Downloads folder
2. Copy the lemonsync file to the /usr/local/bin/ folder. You can open the folder in the Finder app by clicking Go > Go to Folder and entering /usr/local/bin/ in the dialog. Alternatively you can use the Terminal app to copy the file: cp ~/Downloads/lemonsync /usr/local/bin/
3. Make the lemonsync file executable by entering the following command in Terminal: chmod a+x /usr/local/bin/lemonsync
4. Verify that LemonSync was installed correctly by entering lemonsync -h in the Terminal app. You should see the installed version number, which at the time of writing was LemonSync v0.1.21-binary
