Please provide width and height value when "Segment" tool

Hi
When I use segment tool, the MeasurePixel app gives me the pixels between start point and end point. Instead I want the width and height of the rectangle that I will be drawing using the start and end point. Here is an example of what I want -

Currently I need to be precise and careful while making sure that I draw line horizontally with 0 angle to get the horizontal pixels between two points. This is a very common use case since we generally want width and height of controls.
