Support external models
This PR adds Lean Copilot support for external models, using
vllm,huggingface,openai,gemini, andclaude.Proposed by @objecti0n, authored by @hsz0403, reviewed by @Peiyang-Song. Start to appear since Lean Copilot v1.5.3.
