Currently the password is not set on the user after it is loaded from the LDAP user provider. It would be handy to be able to optionally set this if specified in the config somewhere. This way the user could be used for reconnecting to LDAP for other LDAP queries after they login. Which would eliminate the need to hook into other events and save the credentials off somewhere and then re-load them in a request event or some other method after login.
Need to do more investigation on the proper way to implement this.
