Start download the VOD before it change to only sub. But it changed to only sub and some parts has been muted when downloading.
We should have the full m3u8, and it shouldn't be failed because of this.

It's very likely that it failed to download because of muted segments, not the sub-only change. Muted segments are updated instantly as of a few years ago whereas sub-only only hides the access token. Unless updating sub-only invalidates all previous access tokens, though I don't think it does.

This seems like a tough one to fix.

Also I have no idea how the verification percentage became Int.MinValue. I might just add a clamp.
