Current behaviour

I switched from NextCloud to JoplinCloud on Laurent's recommendation.

I now have two Joplin Teams accounts and have purchased about four Joplin Basic accounts that I want to make available to my people so that I can share some of my notes with them. My notes, which have grown over several years, first in NextCloud and then in JoplinCloud, are currently in one of my two Joplin Teams accounts. There I provide several read-only shares for my Basic accounts.

I am currently still using these Basic accounts myself by setting them up in separate profiles in my Joplin apps to see the many existing problems from the perspective of the Basic accounts and to be able to work on them with your help. Unfortunately, the quality of the Joplin service that has been achieved so far does not yet allow me to make these Basic accounts available to my people in their daily work, as there are still too many problems with them.

In this case, I'm focusing on the problem that screenshots do not arrive in the basic accounts of the Android app. Many of my notes contain screenshots.

While the texts of the shared notes are shared as expected with the basic accounts, only hourglass icons are displayed in the Android app instead of the screenshots.

Expected behaviour

The screenshots are also displayed in the basic accounts in the Android app.
