Release 6.5.0a (2016-08-01)

The cFE-6.5.0a release package is now available. This package includes the assert based unit test tool under the /tools directory. This tool is also available under the cfs-ut-assert project. This release package also includes a few minor updates/corrections to documentation. No source code updates were made in the cFE-6.5.0a release package.

Notable Changes:

• Adds CMake alternative build system
• Moves the tools in cfe to tools directory
• Removes CPU2 and CPU3
• Adds PSPs for:
  • pc-rtems
  • sp0-vxworks6.9
• Removes PSPs for:
  • beaglebone-linux
  • pc-cygwin

• Requires OSAL 4.2.0 or higher
