Dogecoin Wallet 2.00

This is a complete re-do of the port of Bitcoin Wallet's latest master source. It includes all the new features and imporvements. Listing some of them here:

• Uses HD wallets. That means only one backup is needed to recover all future funds in this wallet
• No more address reuse
• Protection by spending PIN
• Sweeping of password-protected paper wallets (BIP38)
• Fee estimation before sending
• Manual wallet backups back up whole wallet, not just the private keys
• Approx. fiat balance on widget
• Requires Android 4.0.3 or higher
• On Android 4.1+, app-widget is horizontally re-sizable
• Translation updates
• Updates several internal components

Just tap on the camera icon and scan your private key. You can then either send to it, or sweep it.

• Reworked fee calculation. Should be more reliable now.
  General advice: Sending very small amounts will usually cost you more fee than it's worth.
  For example it can be cheaper to send 2 instead of 1.6 DOGE.
• Lots of small bug fixes and internal improvements. Should fix a few possible crashes.
