Support for older RX580's? #20

Any chance you could add support for older RX580's? They arn't fast, but are ROCm compatibly with 8GBs of VRAM.

Happy to do testing if given a push in the right direction. I do have some docker image creation experience as well.

@BloodBlight According to stable-diffusion-webui - Optimizations, you could try going to Settings

And then choose Doggetx. Not sure if this work
