mTEC.10x.pipeline

mTEC.10x.pipeline is a toolkit to accompany the single cell mTEC paper "Combined transient ablation and single cell RNA sequencing reveals the development of medullary thymic epithelial cells" published in eLife.. To use this package,
you will need the R statistical computing environment (version 3.0 or later) and several packages available through
Bioconductor and CRAN
