Runs a server using Flask and heroku for analysing data from mass spec machine after an experiment run.
visit http://elucidata-assignment-1.herokuapp.com/ to upload your data from mass spec machine.
Output: Output 1 is filtered data for values of Cohort containing the word "std" along with added intensities for all fragments corresponding to one metabolite. Output 2 is tabled form of output 1 for Cohort and Intesity only
Run locally: The project can also be run locally by running app.py file. python app.py and visiting http://localhost:5000/
